nA unique, encrypted ID number, once issued, stays with craft - a new owner
simply notifies authority via web site or mail on a form similar to a road vehicle change of ownership.
nOnce issued, yearly fees can be paid online, the Water Bailiff database updated and with no licences sent out a major saving would be achieved on postage
and administration.
nCraft moving from one administrative authority to another can prepay any
additional fees on line or by phone to the central database thus reducing time spent by lock keepers and others on administrative
tasks, especially during peak usage times.
